20 odd year old apple tree in our garden- not sure of variety but def an English eating apple similar in appearance/taste to a Cox's orange pippin. We always have a very good yield from it but last year some of the apples were a bit scabby and this year every one has it and some of the apples so badly that they have. I am gathering up any fallen apples and also will dispose of leaves when they drop but it looks like the only solution is to spray the whole tree; bit difficult when it is about 25 feet plus
Anyone had similar and managed to control it?
