Level 2 IT functional skills

Has anyone passed this? I'm Really struggling! I'm due to resit it this week for the third time. Last twice I failed by only a few points but my tutor can't tell me where I've gone wrong as they don't get feedback. I was convinced I'd passed last time....I'm sure I must be making the same mistakes but because I don't know what they are I think I'm wasting my time.

I passed my level 2 maths and level 2 English and Level 3 Management with no problems.

Just this one left I'm struggling with.

Anyone in the same boat or has passed and can give me some tips?
