hi all,
I know some of you are struggling with your cdwc books and I would like to offer some help. while I might not be able to give you answers (that would be cheating) I can re-word the questions for you and nudge you in the right direction.
my LA re-worded and re-printed the workbook so it is in plain English and therefore extremely easy to do. most of it is just reflecting on work you have done with current or previous placements.
let me know if you would like some help either on this thread or to my inbox

Have too do the work though or may be our 38 years of fostering helped a little, Yes newbies us oldies still have too do training we are obliged too complete 3 courses a year plus support group meetings each month rather more like short courses, important you progress with social changes over the years. Bet social worker's do not get better training ???

Whoop's do not forget too mention CHILDREN with disability's who would require individual assessment in many areas, accommodate adjustment's through ssw and LA's disability partnership's, All too often area forgotten. all would require individual assessment.
