Instant gravy for Christmas dinner...

Any recommendations, please? I usually use chicken Bisto Best granules but I know that is a bit of a cop-out and DH isn't that keen!

I've tried Duchy Originals ready-made chicken gravy but it has no flavour, and I'm considering Waitrose's own ready made. Any other suggestions for lazy old me?

Why don't you make gravy from scratch.

I make a turkey stock from the giblets on Christmas Eve, and then we finish it off when then turkey is out of the oven.

Go on, wicked - I need step-by-step instructions. My own gravy always turns out badly. And this year we won't have giblets as I've ordered a turkey crown, could I use skin and bone to boil up for stock for a bit after the meat is carved? Or won't I have time?

I am quite a good cook, but gravy defeats me
