Hiya, I want to experiment making my own mulled wine, so I can get it right for christmas.

Does anyone have a recipie that they can share with me?

I was searching earlier in the week as we are getting ready for our school's christmas fayre and This Recipe from Waitrose looks good, although I am told the ready made stuff is good too.
