I have two lovely and very large duck breasts in my fridge at the moment. I'll be having one tonight I've rubbed it with herbs and it'll be pan friend medium rare and served with sauteed potatoes and asparagus but what can I do with the other?
Any suggestions would be appreciated as I don't want to make the same meal twice, lovely as it is.
