Cakes and biscuits to cook with a nearly 2 year old

Has anyone got any good recipes for cakes and biscuits etc I can make with my 22 month old.
(We are providing the refreshments at toddler group this week.)

We did rice crispie cakes last time, so need something different.

flap jack is quite easy for them to throw the stuff in and give it a stir. {sort of healthy too}
