Red Velvet & Chocolate Heartache - cake recipes using vegetables

Anyone got this?

I bought it a few weeks back and have only made one recipe so far, the light chocolate cake that's on the cover. It uses butternut squash to replace some of the sugar and fat.

Great idea but I'm not sure it was that lovely.... Anyone tried the other recipes?

i saw them trying to push it on some brekfast tv show....looked vile.

I am full of sour grapes because I have been making choc beetroot cake and courgette cake for years...
