Just got out of the fridge some Tesco Finest Haddock Mornay that DH bought in the weekly shop on Friday night -- thought they were from the chiller cabinet but they were frozen!!!
They say for best results cook from Frozen (which obviously is not going to happen) and "Once thawed do not re-freeze" - which i havnt - will they be ok to cook.
Have smelt them and they smell - well -fishy (but not what i would call "off".)
P.S I am 35 weeks pg

doesn't say you can't defrost, so would have thought they'd be safe, just not perhaps as delicious as they should be!

Defrosted is one thing, but if they've been out of the freezer since Friday I wouldn't risk it.
