Pork chops, runner beans, courgettes, new potatoes - Discuss

Please think of something interesting that uses 3 or more of the above.

We had the veg & pot wih chicken last night and, whilst not wishing to be wasteful, I don't want the same again.

I'd fry the potatoes and courgettes with a bit of onion and make them into a frittata with eggs. Could put the RB in as well I guess, but I don't like them.

this only uses two of your ingredients but try it; I made it at the weekend, with fresh bread, and it's absolutely delicious courgette soup
