enid's recipe for chick nuggets adapted for egg allergic children!

I've just made enid's fantastic chicken nuggets but instead of the mayo I used 2 tbsp of creme fraiche. The mixture is then so sticky you don't need egg to get the breadcrumbs to stick on. Here's a thread with the original recipe on
