OK - I bought some string bread flour and packet of 'easy' dried yeast sachets.

Is it easy to make homemade bread? Please direct! What tin do I need and do you have any simple recipes? Particularly for toddler friendly bread?! Thanks!

Hi, i often make home made bread, you need plan flour, yeast, water and a little oil and salt.

put 250g flour, salt and yeast in a bowl, stir together, add a table spoon of veg oil or similar then add water to make the dough, knead for about ten mins and i then put it back in the mixing bowl and cover with a towel (although it does stick to the bottom a bit) leave for about 40 mins, kneed again for five mins and leave for about 30 mins, then place in a lightly greased loaf tin and cook for about 20 mins on 190 or until brown. if you think it is cooked tip upside down and knock on the bottom. if it sounds hollow its cooked!
