I want to serve beetroot and feta in yorkshire puddings for a veggie pal (we are all having bangers and mash)

How can I cook it to make it intersting?
Bake beetroot? With..red onion and sesame seeds? Add what? Red wine? redcurrant jelly??

Sorry, but bleuh!

Why don't you just cook her veggie bangers and mash. I'm veggie and I;d much prefer that to your beetroot thingie.

what about this? But use less stock to make it stew like. here

I must say I'd prefer sausages too!

Wrap the beetroot and feta in foil with a drizzle of balsamic and some basil and garlic and bake it.

Serve the workies seperately, don't fill them.

I once ate a beetroot salad for lunch and then threw up all over some newly fitted beige carpet. 'Twas a bugger to get out.

peel beetroot, put on tin foil, clove of garlic, balck pepper, sprinkle of sesame seeds, good shake of balsaamic vingear and olive oil. Wrap and bake until cooked (40 mins?) Then I unwrapped, added loads of feta, baked 5-10 mins longer,
Then I transferred to big yorkshire puddings (alrerady cooked), and cooked 5 mins longer til Yorks were hot again.
