I have a nice one for banana buns -
2 ripe bananas mashed
3 fl oz milk
3.5 oz soft butter
1 tablespoon runny honey
1 egg
7 oz [wholemeal if you like] self raising flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3.5 oz sultanas

Mash bananas & cream together with butter
Add milk,honey and beaten egg
Fold in flour & baking powder
Add sultanas
Put in bun thingys & cook for 15 mins on Gas mark 4

I make it as a loaf but it takes a while to cook & is quite dense that way. . But I like it!

Good luck!

I cut down on the salt in my recipe - 1 tsp looks quite a lot!
