What special things can I do with it to make it tasty?

I make a garlic, sundried tomato and creme fraiche sauce to go with it, which is very tangy. Once the steak is cooked, take it out of the pan to keep warm. Fry up the garlic and chopped sundried tomatoes, then stir through some creme fraiche. Usually just have some nice bread and salad with it.

just cook it well
AMIS is right, you must rest it in a warm place for 5 minutes prior to serving

cook it medium rare
rub it with olive oil on both sides and season with sea salt and black pepper rubbed in to the flesh
make sure the pan or grill is very very hot before putting it on
don't poke it around the pan just put it down and cook for 2.5 mins if the thickness of your palm and then turn over and cook on the other side
take the pan off the heat or turn off the grill and leave it for 30 seconds then transfer to a warm plate for the 5 minutes rest
through some finely chopped onion, only a spoonful, in to the pan which is now back on a medium heat or a new small saucepan if you used a grill, cook for a minute then slosh in some alcohol such as red or white wine or brandy, when it has finished bubbling add cream and mustard and mix well
pour over steak and serve with lightly cooked green vegetables so that their vitamin C helps to release the maximum amount of iron from the steak

oh yes, herb butters are very easy to make and keep for ages and are fab with steak.

Sometimes, I mix together some stilton and butter. Wrap it in cling film in a cylinder shape. Put in fridge for a while, then when steak is ready, take stilton butter out of fridge, cut off a slice and place on top of steak. Lovely
