I second Korma.. or Malaya? I don't think that has tomatoes. Or Makhani (sp?)

Recipes i don't have - usually use the jars of paste and they have recipes on the side

I seldom use tomatoes - coconut milk and a bit of stock. There's a good Nigella Lawson recipe in Feast - Mughlai Chicken? - which uses cream, yoghurt and stock.
