I am very clever

I just threw everything I could find in my fridge into a dish and baked it and it was soooooooooooo yummy. Somebody appreciate my cleverness please, ds wasn't impressed.

bread, grated cheese, grated potato, courgette, egg, a soggy carrot and some seasoning. yum.

I didn't think it was going to turn out the way it did, I'm just forcing myself to use everything up before I buy more food. I wish I had some left, it was so good.

That's what we call an "enthusiasm" dinner in our house - ie, you put everything you've got into it.
