Anyone else had bubble and squeek today? What do you do with yours???

Ok, I add grated cheese to mine before frying and have it with beans. How do you like yours - any other ideas for me???

Not bubble & squeak but I am doing Spanish Omellette (tortilla) tonight, so Eggs with layers of potato and onion. Bubble-ish enough I thought, to qualify a reply to you! and I might do cheese on top.

Mash, an egg, stir fried brussels and some mashed carrot - well leftovers really - we are having it tomorrow with bacon and eggs as it is allowed on a green day on slimming world!
