Can you reheat or freeze and then reheat things made from Quorn - like Shepherds Pie?

Have made huge shepherds pie for dinner, and there is so much left over that it is a shame to bin it. But I don't know if you can save leftover recipes made from quorn and reheat for tomorrow?

Or even freeze it for another day?

Anyone do this with quorn?

Even quorn mince? Not that it being mince makes much difference does it?

yes even quorn mince.

In fact, pretty much anything can be cooked, frozen and then re-heated (some exeptions obviously, but more because they won't survive the extreme temperatures without the texture being altered, rather than for any safety issues.

This is true PP. Handy hint for you, if you e-mail the Quorn website with your question (even though you already know the answer) they answer your question then very kindly send you a little booklet on quorn recipes & a few £1 off Quorn tokens.
