I have a pint of homemade chicken stock and a tin of sweetcorn. Do I need cream?Does anyone put pasta in it to bulk it out?TIA
add noodles, do you have any soy sauce? Could go chinese style.
So far I've warmed the stock, chucked in the sweetcorn and diced the chicken and added that. Slureel, I have no noodles :-(If I add cream when the mix is hot will it be ok?
I used a chicken soup recipe that someone posted for me the other day. It basically uses flour to thicken the stock.
How much flour??
I think it was 2oz for 2 pints of stock.
