fussy 1 yr old, seeks new recipes, WLTE pasta (everyday)

Any ideas anyone? I can get away with fish if it is hidden in pasta shells, but ds is a real fuss pot. He likes dried fruit (have a top recipe for fig, date & apricots chews which i am willing to share...).
Basically he throws most stuff I makeon the floor. I need some quick new recipes, as I'm sure I shouldn't just carry on with pasta & cheeze on toast???

have you tried eggy bread? Has he always been like this or is he teething? does he use his fingers or spoon?
