re - freezing cooked meat

if you de-frost and cook meat can you re-freeze it again.me and dh are going away for the weekend and my mums coming to stay to look after dd.i don't want mum to have to cook meals from scratch so just wondered if you could do the above.

Yes frozen raw meat can be cooked and frozen again.
