Very quick question - how long to microwave salmon?

Bugger, I can't remember. I know it's not for very long and don't want to overcook it.

Why microwave?
Wrap it in tin foil with a pat of butter on the top and salt and pepper. Pop it in the normal oven for about 7 minutes then eat. Throw away the tin foil, washing up finished!
