I am so bored with food at home and need inspiration!
I'm looking for recommendations for a book (or a website/blog)with the following features:
1)mostly healthy recipes. Hands on prep time neds to be quick but long cooking time not an issue as am WFH
2)doesn't have overlong ingredients lists
3)recipes for two people or easily scalable down or extra portions can be frozen
