cooking time

Morning all!
Inspired by Jamie Oliver I'm thinking of making for Xmas lunch sausage meat wrapped in Turkey but then also bacon on the outside. He used a turkey leg flattened out. I'm thinking of using a turkey fillet flattened out but wondering how long it would take to cook in a gas oven? I'm not good at cooking at all so this could be a disaster!! Having a practice run tomorrow.

Morning! You have helped me so much in the past with my son's allergies and cmpa (I have name changed a few times since due to family recognising me!). Recipe is 1hr 20 cooking time but looks quite large compared to the turkey fillet steaks from Sainsbury's/Asda I thought about getting.

I'd try the turkey for 45-50 mins and see how it goes
