Unexpected visitor

I have an unexpected visitor at lunchtime tomorrow and I will need to feed them.

However I will only be back about 30 minutes before them so it needs to be something super quick. It also needs to be a large portion and filling as they are a gym junior and eat a lot!

Can't be burgers or a salad. I have limited ingredients in currently but could pop to the shops tomorrow morning if I had to.

Any suggestions?

Spag Bol and salad? Can you do any prep tonight? Any dietary preferences? What do you have in?

I’m sure they won’t expect to be fed the minute they arrive.

^^
Just saw this update after I posted all salad options 😂
I'd go for something like a basic pasta dish (bolognese, creamy chicken) etc as that will be quick and easy with minimal effort.

Soup, salad and grilled cheese sandwiches. My go to lunch (and I do the so-called 'grilled' cheeses in the oven)
