Fruit smoothy

My son has started making himself smoothies
He only uses fruit in them. An absolute load of frozen mixed berries, an apple, a kiwi and a banana. He doesn't put anything else in. This fills a 750ml cup which he drinks just before bed.
Thank is this healthy? My head says no due to the sugar content but I'm not sure

No that’s a lot of sugar and he shouldn’t be drinking them before bed.
Why is he suddenly making them and why is he having them just before bed?

That is only a couple of portions of your 5 a day due to the loss of fibre, it could be around 300 calories and it’s not a good idea to brush teeth after fruit anyway as it softens and means he can brush away emamel.

From nhs website
“Q: Do juices and smoothies count towards my 5 A Day?

A: Unsweetened 100% fruit juice, vegetable juice and smoothies can only ever count as a maximum of 1 portion of your 5 A Day.

For example, if you have 2 glasses of fruit juice and a smoothie in 1 day, that still only counts as 1 portion.

Your combined total of drinks from fruit juice, vegetable juice and smoothies shouldn't be more than 150ml a day, which is a small glass.

For example, if you have 150ml of orange juice and a 150ml smoothie in 1 day, you'll have exceeded the recommendation by 150ml.

When fruit is blended or juiced, it releases the sugars, which increases the risk of tooth decay, so it's best to drink fruit juice or smoothies at mealtimes.”

He makes one every night about 9.
I've told him it doesn't count as more than one of his 5 a day.
My other concern is with his digestive system. Surely he must have the shits with all that fruit.
He hardly ever brushes his teeth anyway so definitely not after one of those Hmm
