Vegetarian meals

We are wanting to eat less meat, but with the exception of some spectacular veggie fajitas, it feels like we have nice meals but I forgot to put in the meat. Hope that makes sense!
Any ideas for filling veggie meals?

We eat loads of curries and chili/bolognaise using lentils. I'm vegan though rather than vegetarian. If I was vegetarian would also eat eggs in abundance and cheese.

West African peanut stew is a favourite in our house
Leek and mushroom risotto
Penang tofu (there’s a good recepie on cauldron)
Paneer and pea curry

We eat a lot of halloumi, sweet potato curries, vegetable lasagna and tofu stir fried.
You can marinate the tofu in black bean sauce and it’s a good substitute for meat

Shroomdog sausages are really good non meat sausages. We use them a lot in casseroles, pasta dishes and as bangers and mash.

Bean based chillis are really filling. Sweet potato or butternut squash and chickpea are good meat substitutes for curry. Lentil dals are staples here. It’s nice to add something like cashew nuts to give some texture.

Chickpea curry. You could try adding a few quorn pieces into the curry to bulk it up.
Potato and aubergine curry
Vegetable pies or lasagne
Cauliflower and broccoli bake
Quiche (broccoli, mushrooms thrown in)
Vegetarian kebabs (made with soya mince)
Paneer curries
Dhal (lentil) Makhani

I will try to post more later once the toddler goes to bed this evening.
