Excellent BBQ food

I can feel another BBQ coming on this bank holiday. We have been so marvellously lucky with the weather over this shitty virus season. So much so that I could do with some ideas to provide some variety!

I'll start with my staples:
Portabello mushrooms stuffed with Boursin
Skewers with Chorizo, Prawns, Halloumi, Mushrooms and Bell Pepper smothered in garlic puree.
Your classic Sausages and burgers.
Tuna steak

Anyone else?

Spatchcook chicken or buttermilk chicken
Corn on the cob
Jamie Oliver’s spicy kofta kebabs (sometimes served with tortilla wraps)
Coleslaw
Caremalised pineapple
S’mores

Potato salad. It's my favourite BBQ food which I know sounds nuts but it's just SO GOOD.

Just potatoes, onions, mayonnaise, cayenne, Cajun spice, salt, pepper - but it's so Nice.

Also, massive salads with dates, peppers, pomegranates, avocado.

Bananas stuffed with chocolate and wrapped in foil before going on the bbq. Mmmm.

Really decent meat is great cooked on the BBQ. I cook thick sirloin steaks, rare breed pork chops, and marsh fed lamb chops. Oh and a duck breast cooked on the BBQ is divine.
