You all have to try this mashed potato recipe....OMG its SOOOOOOOOOO lovely!

super super easy as you'd expect.



1/2 a leek, chopped in frying pan, soften until just brown.

Add to mashed potato with a hefty knob of butter.

add 1tsp of dijon mustard.

Mix in well and EAT!
