Feeding a fussy teenager

I'm looking for some ideas for feeding DD(14). She knows what she likes and dislikes but it's quite limited and I'm getting bored of cooking the same things.

Likes: Pasta, Chips, Chicken, Salmon, Cod, Tuna, Mince, Pizza, Peas, Carrots, Sweetcorn

Dislikes: Spicy food, Peppers, Pesto, Mushrooms, Olives

Dinner ends up being things like Lasagne, Pizza, Salmon and Chips, Spaghetti Bolognese. And repeat again the next week.

She will try new foods. But I'm struggling to find recipes that aren't spicy or just another version of pasta with tomato sauce.
There's just the two of us and I end up cooking two different dishes.

Any thoughts?

Get her to cook with you/for you (and her)

Get her to come up with ideas

How about fish cakes, tuna, cod or salmon, really easy to make.
Tuna pasta bake
Honey and mustard chicken with wedges and peas
Will she eat noodles? How about something like sweet and sour chicken with stir fried carrots and sweetcorn?
Homemade burgers

How about rice dishes?
Egg dishes
Does she eat cheese?
Jacket potatoes?
Any more veg acceptable?
Any form of pork? Sausages? Gammon? Bacon?

Thanks for suggestions
She's made her own fish cakes before so I'll try a few more variations of them
Rice is general no, but we do occasionally have sweet and sour chicken
Noodles, no.

Jacket potato, yes. Cheese, yes, sausages yes, homemade burgers, yes

I would say she likes school dinner type food. I like curries and veggie dishes, so I'd like to find a few compromise dishes.

Quesadillas - good idea, we tried them ages ago so need to try them again
Tacos - she likes them and will put anything in them, including spag bol!
Burgers - I think we need to experiment with different types, not just beef burgers.

I'm going to make the salmon & pea risotto for myself and get her to try some.

Tuna pasta bake - she loves tuna and pasta but not together. But I think I'll ask her to make it and that might encourage her to eat it.

How about trying her with falafel in pita?

I love falafel. Might try getting her to taste some of mine
Or make some for me :)
