Hi all,

My family and I are stuck in a rut of eating a rotation of shepherds pie, lasagne and fajitas.

HELP!!!!!!

We need something quick-ish and easy as my husband normally cooks which juggling the toddlers before I come in from work.

Any suggestions welcome.

We eat a lot of homemade burgers in our house:
Tuna www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/tuna-sweetcorn-burgers

Falafel www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/falafel-burgers-0

I also do a lot of puff pastry tarts. I keep a block of pastry in the freeze and they’re great for using up leftovers.

Funnily enough we are having homemade burgers on Monday!

But I'm definitely in board with the stir fry and toad in the hole.

Thank you
