Freezer staple foods

Finally got around to buying a chest freezer in an attempt to keep more healthy foods in the house. Work is going to be long hours this year, so I'm looking for ideas for quick healthyish meals. I batch cook a little bit at the moment, mostly pasta sauces, curries and soups. I'll do a stir fry from frozen and some fresh veg, but looking to mix things up a bit.

Currently I tend to always keep in: frozen peas, broccoli, carrots, roast potatoes. Fish fingers, frozen prawns, sausages. Frozen fruit, ice cream. Keen to know what other people's freezer staples are and if you have any tasty quick meals you'd like to share. TIA

I make a huge batch of ragu & freeze in portions.
Great for spag bol, or with a bit more effort it can become lasagne, moussaka or shepherd's pie.

Things that you use a little of, stick in the fridge & they go off - such as yellow bean sauce, lemon grass, pesto - I freeze in tiny plastic pots.

We are red wine drinkers, so white wine left over from a recipe gets frozen in ice cube trays.

Things I keep in mine:

Cooked
Spag Bol sauce
lasagne
fish pie
various soups (single portions)
Bean and veg curry
Various leftover portions for one
Heaps of tomato sauce in old takeaway containers

Leftover wine
Ice cream
Spare pudding (if home made and same day)
Breadcrumbs from good quality bread gone stale
Bread dough, not cooked
Sweet pastry cases made up and baked blind
Ice cubes
Low sugar jam, cranberry sauce, home made lemon curd

Raw
Chicken (pieces and whole)
Grated cheese
Various fish including whole salmon portion up
Leg of lamb
Frozen fruit of various kinds
Frozen veg

I don't find it economical to freeze half a lamb etc.

Pretty much same as all the above.
Including, breads, milk, baby okra, parsley, nuggets or dippers, fish portions, burgers, fine green beans, edamame beans, chopped spinach, mince, sausages, chicken portions and whole, cauliflower, mashed potatoes, sliced peppers, wonton wrappers...

When budget allows then we have a whole portioned up hogget to use up overthe course of year. Grass fed organic from a regional butchers.
