Leeks and white wine inspo

I have some small leeks to use up, and half a bottle of white wine from mussels last night. I've never made anything with leeks, cream, wine so looking for your favourite recipes for these please.

I also have an aubergine, peas, sweetcorn, broccoli and cauliflower, various cheeses but will go to the shop later.

We are avoiding potatoes, pasta and rice, along with bread. Although I'm not averse to a small amount of filo pastry for a pot pie.

Google Sarah Brown vegetarian recipe for leeks, cheese and white wine thingy.

Or, saute your leeks in butter, slop some white wine in and let them braise, layer with potatoes, mushrooms if you have any, pour over cream, top with breadcrumbs and cheese and bake. (that's the essence of the SB recipe as I remember it, may or may not have had mushrooms but I think they go well with leeks and cheese)

Thanks, I'll look that up. I'm going to make chicken pot pie instead now, with a filo crust.
