Please can you suggest what I could make?

Hi all I am truly rubbish at this so all suggestions welcome.

I have pork loin steaks, broccoli, kale, potatoes, in fact loads of different veg.

All standard cupboard essentials in terms of herbs and spices and tinned tomatoes etc.

I want to make something in a slow cooker, or something I can cook now and reheat later or prepare now and put on an hour before we eat it.

Will the pork dry out in a slow cooker r?

What combinations of what can I do that will. What will taste good?

Do I need to use stock?

Thanks in advance and well done if you understand this ramble.

Somehow I can’t link it. It’s by Delicous Magazine and called ‘Pork goulash with paprika yogurt’

I'd slice up potatoes and onions (and apple if you have any?) and layer the browned pork steaks between the potatoes/onions/apples. Then deglaze the pan you browned the steaks with using a big glass of wine scraping any brown bits, pour the wine all over the potatoes and steaks. Bake for 35 mins or so (or longer if you need to). Then mash together soft butter, thyme, grain mustard and salt & pepper and dot all over the potatoes when they come out of the oven.

On the side I'd have sautéed kale and broccoli.

Wow thanks alot.

I went with a version of goulash and am tremendously pleased with it, but I am coming round to yours @xiouiang for dinner next weekend

Grin you'd be very welcome, but I can take no credit, it's actually a Diana Henry recipe that I've made so many times I've got it memorised! Google "smothered pork chops" with her name and you'll find it. I can highly recommend all her books!!
