Easy family allergy friendly meals?

Right wise ladies of mumsnet hit me with your best easy family meals (can be mashed for a baby and adult friendly) that are dairy free, citrus free, nut free and ideally no tomatoes or a curry.

Ds is allergic to dairy/citrus/possibly tomatoes and nuts.. dp is a fussy eater.. and my one vice is curry (preggo and the smell of curry powder leaves me talking to the loo face first)

I don’t want to feed him feck all but pouches of stuff or bangers n mash lol and I refuse for him to end up fussy like his dad.. they were pandered to and they know it.

Ideally quick stuff or slow cooker friendly as I’m the bugger cooking it while dps at work (he reheats it as he’s late back)

Most casseroles would work, chicken, beef, pork tenderloin cooked in cider with shallots and apples is nice.
Spaghetti bolognaise
Cottage pie
Chicken and mushroom hotpot
Chicken and chorizo traybake
Frittata
Chicken tagine and cous cous

Spag bols tomato? It’s my favourite 😂.. little monster can’t touch it.
I’ll need to look for the others, the chicken n mushroom I make has cream in it too..

It shows how long I spend cooking

Egg fried rice is quick and easy. This recipe is my favourite but it includes a bit of mild curry powder www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/chicken-sweetcorn-egg-fried-rice You could try this version instead www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/salmon-egg-fried-rice

Sesame chicken stir fry realfood.tesco.com/recipes/sesame-chicken-stir-fry.html

Prawn stir fry realfood.tesco.com/recipes/one-pot-prawn-and-noodle-stir-fry.html

Paella doesn’t contain dairy or tomatoes, and if you use a short-cut recipes it can be quick and easy www.deliciousmagazine.co.uk/recipes/cheats-chicken-paella/ or www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/4021/easiest-ever-paella

For things like the chicken and mushroom you can replace the cream with Oatly cream or creme fraiche. Or soya cream if he’s ok with that.

Carbonara is a good quick one- you and DP can add cheese after it’s served, and it still works well
