Hi all!! Im trying to lose my baby weight. Before I got pregnant, I was 14stone 4lb... the day before I had my baby I weighed 12stone 4...(this also happened with my first born, I seem to lose more weight than I gain in pregnancy.. )Anyway, this was 7 weeks ago. I'm now 12 stone 3 and creeping back up to my pre-pregnancy weight which I do not want! I'm now walking for 35mins on a morning to try and get the weight down but My biggest issue is not knowing what to cook. I'm trying not to have carbs on an evening but I simply don't know what I can make for tea that's healthy without potatoes/rice etc!! Can people throw at me what they eat? Thank you
