I have friends coming for an early Christmas dinner tomorrow but am working as usual!! The breast is 1kg abd should be cooked for about an hour and a half according to the instructions. I'm planning on putting bacon on the top like I normally do with a whole turkey or crown. How else can I make it tasty? Can I bung it in slow cooker on a 6 hour low setting to make it moist or will that over cook it and make it dry? Never actually cooked one of these before!
