Turkey breast - help me make it lovely!!

I have friends coming for an early Christmas dinner tomorrow but am working as usual!! The breast is 1kg abd should be cooked for about an hour and a half according to the instructions. I'm planning on putting bacon on the top like I normally do with a whole turkey or crown. How else can I make it tasty?
Can I bung it in slow cooker on a 6 hour low setting to make it moist or will that over cook it and make it dry?
Never actually cooked one of these before!

Smothered in butter, bacon on top and bunged in slow cooker!! Was delicious!
