This is our first proper meal plan in months as I'm pregnant and struggled with sickness a lot this time.

On the planner this week is:
Slow cooker spaghetti Bolognese (tonight's dinner)
Homemade pizza with various toppings (ham, peppers, olives, tomato, etc)
Going for Sunday lunch so will have cheese toasties or something for tea
Beans on toast (our quick Monday night staple)
Tomato soup & crusty bread, followed by apple crumble and custard.
Sausages, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese and peas
Chicken casserole with green beans and broccoli.

What else is everyone having this week? I love these as they're great for inspiration!

This week has been ridiculous for us as we're all out almost every night! So for the only two meals we are home, first is crab linguine as I happened upon two pots of fresh crabmeat massively reduced. Sunday night we'll have lamb maqloobeh (upside down rice), cucumber and herb yoghurt, and salad.

Next week I'm trying to clear the freezer of stashed frozen meat before Christmas comes along...

Chicken schnitzel and salad
Aubergine baked with minced lamb (sort of a deconstructed moussaka)
Beef stew with anchovies (good old Nigella!)
Janssen's Temptation and salad
Boiled egg curry, okra, rice and naans

Myrtle mine is from Ottolenghi's Jerusalem but probably v similar! Halve aubergines, brown in a roasting pan, pile high with spiced lamb and pine nuts, mix a bit of tamarind with water and spices and pour in the bottom of the roasting pan, cover with foil and bake.

It's going to be the other way around for me. Thursday is going to be Chinese Chicken Curry and Wednesday will be Hunters Chicken as I am out all day Thursday and I know it is a slow cooker for a reason but I still don't feel safe if I leave it on all day without being home lol Blush

I'm using items from the freezer this week, to make some room for Christmas things, so yesterday I made pasta prima vera to use up green vegetables.
Tonight is sausage casserole
Wednesday will be fish, probably salmon
Thursday will be paella.
