I defrosted turkey mince in the freezer overnight. This morning it was approx 50% defrosted. I put it in the slow cooker with a tin of tomatoes, some veg and spices. I gave it a good mix and have started cooking it on high. Should this be ok given that the turkey was not fully defrosted and how long should it take.TIA.
