Hi
I've made the former and it's easy. I used this:
www.amazon.co.uk/Milk-Kefir-Starter-Cultures-sachets/dp/B00B0CZTRG/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=grocery&keywords=milk%20kefir%20grains&ie=UTF8&qid=1541928716&sr=1-4&tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21
This week I started to make Kefir with the proper live culture and it was weird and hard, and I didn't like it!
Does the live culture contain a lot more health benefits?
