Trying to get ahead with cooking yesterday. Had a beef casserole on the hob that was destined for the freezer. Needed to cook dinner so took it off temporarily and of course forgot about it. I put it in the fridge when I realised but it still needs another hour. Can I finish cooking it today and then freeze it? Isn't that too many reheatings?
