Chocolate brownie without solid chocolate

Any good recipes please?

Would particularly like a coffee and chocolate brownie if anyone has made one and its scrumptious

Making for work on Friday

I have found this recipe on the internet. I hope this will help :)
Ingredients
1 2/3 cups sugar(granulated is fine)
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp water
2 extra-large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups flour
3/4 cup good quality cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup slivered almonds
½ tsp chili powder – optional

This is my absolute favourite brownie recipe. It's very rare that I make it for a bake sale without someone asking for the recipe.

Mix together 300g caster sugar, 100g cocoa powder, 100g self-raising flour, 175g melted butter, a spoonful of vanilla extract and three eggs. I add a bar of chopped white chocolate and there would be nothing to stop you adding some instant coffee, perhaps stirred into a bit of warm milk to dissolve it.

Mix together, sling into a greased seven inch square tray and bake at 180c for between 20 and 30 minutes until it's set but still a bit wobbly. Allow to cool completely before turning out and cutting.
