I've moved into a new flat (rented, so I can't change the cooker). Whenever I bake a cake, one of the layers ends up burnt on the bottom, despite the oven being on the correct temperature (I have an oven thermometer), yet the top layer is always burnt.
Anyone know of anything I can use to insulate the tins?
