Feisty Tapas’ Nasi Goreng is great, and we love two sleevers’ butter chicken.

Made my first risotto in it this week, was so easy I’ll never go back to the traditional way!

The first risotto recipe I followed suggested 10 mins at pressure and leave for 10, it was way over cooked but tasty. Most other recipes suggest 5/6 mins then quick release, and that was perfect.
