What can I do with frozen tuna steaks?

Currently defrosting. Never bought them before but I'm trying to increase our fish consumption. I mostly achieve this by way of fish curries or spicy stews i.e., disguising the fishiness with strong flavours.
However they do eat salmon with just lemon and butter. Any suggestions here?

Tuna would work with lemon too, the same as salmon, fry or wrap in foil and bake.
Cook and serve as part of Salade Nicoise, more a summer meal really though.
Bake with tomatoes and olives, or any Mediterranean style vegetables, serve with rice or cous-cous.

Brown them quickly in a pan and put them in the bottom of an ovenproof dish. In a pan, fry a chopped onion with some small pieces of chorizo and a sliced pepper; sizzle with a drop of sherry (optional obvs but does give a good flavour), add a tin of tomatoes and a tin of cannellini beans or similar and simmer a few mins. Tip over the tuna and top with cheesy breadcrumbs. Bake about 20 mins and serve with salad.

Thank you. I am going to bake them in some kind of spicy tomato sauce. That should go down quite well.

I buy a lots of frozen tuna, I love it and it’s so much cheaper. I usually just put it on a baking tray, lots of black pepper and sea salt with a balsamic glaze.

I use them to make marmitako, which is a Basque tuna stew. It's really easy and has lovely flavours, one of the favourites in this house!

So I browned the tuna, then fried a red onion, added garlic and paprika then a tin of tomatoes and a tin of green lentils that were lurking at the back of the cupboard. Put the tuna back in the pan and let it simmer for a bit. We ate it with crusty bread. It was pretty good.

DS complained his tuna was like an old boot though. I tried a bit and it was much, much tougher than mine or DH's (tried a bit of DH's for comparison). Quite annoying really that the quality can vary so much in the same bag.
