Ideas for ‘make ahead’ meals

I am really struggling for ideas for meals I can make on a Sunday and serve in the week. Preferably with no effort just shoving in the oven! So this week I have lasagne and shepherds pie but that is it! Any ideas welcome....

Butternut squash rotolo (Jamie Oliver) freezes well. Make the filling for a pie - steak and ale, chicken, whatever then you can shove some pastry on top mid week. Cauliflower cheese. Fish cakes.

I’ve just made a massive beef in red wine

Will eat with mash and cavalo nero one day and then make a pie with puff pastry top for another

I've been doing this recently too. Some of the things I've done are spag Bol, Moussaka, chillie, lasagne, beef stew, risotto and curry.
