Pressure cooker HELP

I followed the recipe for my pressure king pro beef stew and it’s still really chewy, I’m going to put it on to slow cook but I’m so disappointed! I thought it would be lovely and tender after reading the reviews, why has it done this?

I use a stovetop pressure cooker and it is important to allow the pressure to reduce naturally (ie don't manually release the pressure) otherwise the meat toughens up.

I just left mine plugged in, it used to do it in my slow cooker too. I thought getting an electric pressure cooker would mean I wouldn’t have to keep checking water etc, but it’s just as crap Grin
