Homemade food hamper

Right, this is the last Christmas present I need to sort - please can you help me!

My mum has just asked for something to eat or drink for Christmas, and DP had the lovely idea of making a ‘local foods’ hamper for her (as we live in a different part of the country). Unfortunately, so far I’ve only managed to get a jar of honey from our village!

So MIL thought a hamper made with nice homemade goodies might be nice too. I’ve thought of making some shortbread, and maybe some mince pies, but what else?

Mum makes her own jams and chutneys (and actually can’t eat chutney anymore - allergic to onion) so those aren’t an option.

Any ideas would be very welcome!

Flavoured butters? There are some wonderful YouTube tutorials showing you how to do it, and they're very pretty!
