Sunday: Cooked breakfast mid afternoon, fridge rummages later
Monday: "four seasons" pizza (barbecue mince and mozzarella, blue cheese and bacon, anchovy and olive, mushroom and pineapple)
Tuesday: Gado Gado
Wednesday: Veggie pie
Thursday: Chicken and mushroom casserole w root veg mash
Friday :Thai veg yellow curry
Maybe this week I might actually stick to it!
